Background: Jay has been in the Real Estate business for over 15 years. His expertise includes Real Estate Listings, Purchases, Loans and Reverse Mortgages. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. Jay has completed transactions in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo and Alameda Counties.

Personal: Born and raised in California, Jay  has been a bay-a resident for over 50 years. He attended  Branham H.S, where he played football and wrestled, and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics. His activities at UCSB included intramurals and the Rugby team. Jay and his wife Lani lived in Almaden Valley for almost 30 years and raised three sons. They currently reside in The Villages. Leisure time includes travel, golf, biking and being the grandfather to two girls.
